School Dining Programs
Remember school lunch when you were a kid? You may have eaten it, but chances are you didn’t like it.
Well, at Open Kitchens, we’ve changed that. We serve school meals that kids love to eat. Our meals, planned and prepared to meet the tastes and special nutritional needs of children, include macaroni and cheese, sun butter and jelly sandwiches, and other fun and wholesome foods kids enjoy. With meals like these, parents can rest assured that school lunches end up in little tummies instead of the trash. After all, it takes a lot of energy to learn your ABC’s.
Day Care Food Service
We are Chicagoland’s leading provider of food service for children’s day care centers.
Our nutritious breakfasts, hot lunches and snacks are planned by a registered dietician and prepared with quality ingredients, so they’re as healthy as they are delicious. Open Kitchens also offers food service for adult day cares and other senior citizen programs. We provide good tasting nutritionally balanced hot meals at numerous sites throughout the Chicagoland area.

Open Kitchens offers a Meals-On-Wheels Chicago program that delivers home-style meals to local private homes. The program is ideal for senior citizens, convalescents and persons with disabilities. We offer a variety of different special diet meals, each planned by a registered dietician using low-calorie, low-fat, and low sodium ingredients where applicable. All meals are freshly prepared and neatly packaged in easy-to-open, recyclable containers.
Congregate Meal Program
Open Kitchens offers a Meals-On-Wheels Chicago program that delivers home-style meals to local private homes. The program is ideal for senior citizens, convalescents, and persons with disabilities.
We offer a variety of different special diet meals, each planned by a registered dietician using low-calorie, low-fat, and low sodium ingredients where applicable. All meals are freshly prepared and neatly packaged in easy-to-open, disposable containers.
Each meal package includes a meat or protein entree, a potato, rice or pasta side dish, a vegetable side dish, fresh fruit or dessert, juice, milk, bread, margarine and condiments.
Pureed Meal Services
Experience the joy of home-cooked meals, reimagined and delivered for your convenience.
Open Kitchens partners with Momma Gourmet Puree Meals, a local, certified Women Business Enterprise, to provide nutritious, small-batch, homemade pureed meals.

Sunset Valley Golf Club
We operate 13ninety Restaurant & Bar inside the Sunset Valley Clubhouse. 13ninety brings together casual chic ambiance and classic American fare. The menu is a nod to the 1920s golden era when Sunset Valley first opened for play. Choose from a classic selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner and small bite offerings. The trendy laid-back bar pours craft beer, wine and timeless signature cocktails like the Old Sport and Gin Ricky.
Heritage Oaks Golf Club
Heritage Oaks Golf Club (formerly known as Sportsman’s Country Club) features a new clubhouse, which boasts a full-service restaurant and bar, the Acorn Grill + Terrace, with an indoor golf simulator and Trackman range just off the main dining room.
